Scanning to Word
Follow the procedure (steps 1 through 6) for “Scanning to Folder”, except:
– In step 4, click the right button of the mouse on the
Scan to Word
button to
enable the options menu for the
Scan to Word
button.
– In step 5, click the
Scan to Word
button to scan your documents.
The scanner will directly scan and OCR the file into Word and then save it
into an assigned folder..
Scanning to PPT
Follow the procedure (steps 1 through 6) for “Scanning to Folder”, except:
– In step 4, click the right button of the mouse on the
Scan to PPT
button to
enable the options menu for the
Scan to PPT
button.
– In step 5, click the
Scan to PPT
button to scan your documents.
The scanner will directly scan and OCR the file into PPT and then save it into
an assigned folder.
