In the Properties, set the following Pin to Pin Distance tolerance
parameters:

Input Datum — Right to Center.Pt-Pt Distance

With Tolerance — 5% Nominal

On that properties page, observe that the Nominal Distance is set to
the output value of the above Pin to Pin Distance, the To/- is
set to be the value that is 5% of the Nominal Distance.
