Sample
Allows you to enter additional information to iden-
tify a sample.
In the field on the left, you may edit the prompt
for Sample. For example, you wish to use Test or
Material.
Length: 40 alphanumeric characters
In the field on the right, specify a format for the
sample identification.
Use numbers, letters, or other printable characters.
You may include the automatically generated file
name as part of the identification by using the $
symbol where you want the sequence number to
appear.
Length: 42 alphanumeric characters
For example, if the sequence number is 000-001,
enter the sample identification as follows:
Lab #25 - $
The resulting sample identification for the first
sample information file would be:
Lab #25 - 000-001
and the second:
Lab #25 - 000-002, and so on.
Saves the defaults you entered.
Closes the dialog box.
