BRAKES

All  vehicles  of  the  model  series  feature  a  double 
safety brake system:
–  the motor brake and
–  an  electromagnetic  spring  pressure  brake  (1) 

(magnetic brake).

Motor brake

With the programmable delay the braking process 
can be adjusted from "soft" to "full-stop".

Magnetic brake

The  magnetic  brake  (1)  is  flanged  to  the  motor 
(2).
It serves as a parking brake and if the motor brake 
fails also as an emergency brake.
It is activated immediately after the vehicle comes 
to  a  stillstand  or  during  electrical  disturbances. 
Wear is therefore very light.
