What Distance Should Mevo Start Be from my Event?
Generally speaking, Mevo Start works best when placed about five feet away from the subject (e.g., a panel
discussion, a performer, etc.)
Mevo Start has been designed to be close to the subject or event taking place, rather than in the back of
a room like a traditional camera. For example, if your event takes place in an auditorium, Mevo Start
should be just far away enough to capture the entire stage in a wide shot; the 84 degree diagonal Field
of View will allow for this to be closer than most standard cameras. Mevo Start’s small form-factor will
be unobtrusive to viewers on-site.
