Use the mechanical key to lock or unlock.

Have the SmartKey checked at a qualified specialist workshop.
You have lost a SmartKey.

Have the SmartKey deactivated at a qualified specialist workshop.

If necessary, have the locks changed as well.

Pull door handle 2 .
Locking pin 1 pops up when the door is
unlocked.
