DISTRONIC has braked the vehicle to a standstill,
it can automatically follow the vehicle in front
when driving o again within 30 seconds. If a criti-
cal situation is detected in the surrounding area
when driving o ,such as a person in the vehicle
path, a visual and acoustic warning is given indi-
cating that the driver must now take control of the
vehicle. The vehicle is not accelerated any further.
