3. Replace the milk container with the empty cleaning
container (1).
4. Depending on the equipment, insert one or both
milk tubes into the cleaning container.

Make sure that the milk tubes touch the bottom
of the cleaning container.

1. On the display, press the "Unit" button (1).

In self-service operation, you must first log in with
a chip key (see chapter 5.1.4 on page 9).
2. Select one of the following options:

If prompted to clean the instant system first, complete
this process first (see chapter 8.6.3 on page 31) and
then confirm that it has been fully re-installed.
3. First press "Instant system is cleaned" and then
"Instant system installed".
Clean milk system (option)
The prompt "Cleaning agent milk system" is shown on
the display.
1. Insert a cleaning tablet into the prepared cleaning
container.
2. Use the "Cleaning agent was added" button to
confirm that a cleaning tablet has been inserted.
Note
Replace the cleaning tablet for the milk system
with AMC cleaner at every seventh cleaning
(but at least once a week). This causes acidic
cleaning of the milk part and prevents limescale
and milk particle deposits forming.
Cleaning the brewing system
The prompt "Cleaning agent brewing system" is shown
on the display.
