Loading arrangement for "soft" sterilization packages in sterilization containers
8.6 Loading of sterilization containers _________________________________________
When stacking the sterilization containers in the chamber, make sure that the dripping condensate cannot
saturate sterile items located under the containers. The condensate must be able to run off freely to the
bottom of the chamber. The best solution: arrange several sterilization containers of the same size, one on
top of each other, so that the condensate can run down the side walls of the sterilization containers.
Best arrangement: packing sterilization containers of the same size, one on top of each other
8.7 Sterilization containers for instruments _____________________________________
The heavy mass of the instruments causes the formation of large amounts of condensate. For this reason,
special sterilization containers are provided for instruments. These containers have a condensate valve
