The sterilization temperature has fallen below the lower permissi-
ble limit. Press the button for acknowledging error reports [23].
Then start the program again. If the system outputs a malfunction
report, get in touch with your MELAG dealer.
"MALFUNCTION
Pressure release"

The length of time required for pressure release has exceeded
the permissible time limit. Press the button for acknowledging
error reports [23]. Then start the program again. If the system
outputs a malfunction report, get in touch with your MELAG
dealer.
"MALFUNCTION
Ventilation"

The sterile filter may be clogged. Press the button for acknowl-
edging error reports [23]. Then start the program again. If the
system outputs a malfunction report, replace the sterile filter, or
get in touch with your MELAG dealer.
"MALFUNCTION
Feed pump"

The length of time required for feeding the water has exceeded
the permissible limit. Check the water level in the water storage
tank. Press the button for acknowledging error reports [23]. Then
start the program again. If the system outputs a malfunction re-
port, get in touch with your MELAG dealer.
"Printer memory
Full"
The printer memory has saved fifty (50) operational cycles. Print
out all 50 cycles on the printer. Then delete memory or immedi-
ately delete the memory (
Warning:
This will result in loss of data
on the 50 cycles).
"Water quality

The conductivity of the water is too high. You can still start your
program, however, by pressing the start / stop button [19]. Empty
the water storage tank and rinse out three (3) times. Check the
conductivity of the distilled or demineralized water (aqua dest /
aqua dem) used and replace if necessary. Press the button for
acknowledging error reports [23]. Then start the program again. If
the system outputs a malfunction report, get in touch with your
MELAG dealer.
"Water quality

The conductivity of the water is extremely high. Start of the pro-
gram is not possible. Check the conductivity of the distilled or
demineralized water (aqua dest / aqua dem). Empty the water
storage tank and rinse out several times. Press the button for
acknowledging error reports [23]. Then start the program again. If
the system outputs a malfunction report, get in touch with your
MELAG dealer.
"MALFUNCTION
Ext water refill"

Check out the water-treatment system. Its output may be insuffi-
cient. Press the button for acknowledging error reports [23]. Then
start the program again. If the system outputs a malfunction re-
port, get in touch with your MELAG dealer.
