Use a flexible brush, approximately 1 m long, to scrape the walls of the firebox (see arrow - under plates “L” and “S” just removed) to make
the ash fall into the lower compartment.
Then thoroughly clean the lower exchanger, replace any gaskets if needed, and reassemble.
