Rining Heard - test pass move to test 5 Ringing not heard → Ringing on telephone turned of
f - turn on
→ Ringer on telephone faulty - replace telephone with known working telephone → “BT” telephone used, which needs special socket, install special socket → Faulty extension card - swap extension card.
