Cable Adjustment

Slowly rotate the center bar into the transport position. Be sure the locks do not release before the

lift arms reach about a 45



angle.

If the lock bar unlocks too early in the lifting procedure, the lock

will be damaged.

If the center bar rotates all the way up and the locks do not release, the chains connecting the cables

and the lock arms must be shortened. Shorten the chains one link at a time until the lock bars release

as soon as the sections have been lifted off the ground (when the lift arm forms about a 45



angle

with the ground).

Light Kit Installation

Note: The wishbone harness has a four pin plug in the middle and 3 pin plugs at each end. The

wishbone extension harness has 3 pin plugs on each end. The extension harness has a seven pin

connector on one end and a 4 pin connector on the other end.

Connect the wishbone extension to the wishbone harness. Depending on model size, there may

be one or 2 wishbone extension harnesses.

Lay out the wishbone and wishbone extensions on the toolbar. The three pin plug connects to the

lights. Follow across the toolbar to the second lift arm of each wing. Be sure to leave

approximately 2’ extra to run up the lift arm to attach to the lights. The center of the wishbone

might have to be aligned with the right side of the main frame. Do not attach to the frame yet.

Lay out the extension harness by plugging it into the wishbone harness that is laid out on the tool

bar. Work towards the hitch, following along the center bar tube to the main lift hydraulic

cylinder and then along the hydraulic hoses up to the main frame as shown in the diagram. Do

not attach yet. Make sure there is plenty of slack to connect to the towing vehicle.

Attach the lights to the mounting brackets as shown using the 1/4 x 1 bolts, lock washers and hex

nuts.

Attach the light assemblies to the lift arm on the wings using the 3/8 x 2 - 3 ¾ u-bolts, lock

washers and hex nuts. Do not tighten yet. You may have to adjust the location later. The lights

must be attached so that the red and yellow lens will be facing towards the center of the unit with

the yellow light towards the rear of the unit. The single yellow lens will be facing away from the

center of the unit. Connect the free end of the wishbone to the lights.

Attach the light end plug storage bracket and receptacle to the front of the unit as shown. Use the

1/2 x 8 x 5 u-bolts to attach the hitch storage bracket. Bolt the light plug storage receptacle to the

hitch storage bracket using the 1/4 x 1 bolts.

Now that the lights have been mounted and the wires run, attach wire harnesses to the frame and

hydraulic hoses with zip ties. Be sure to leave slack at the hinge points to prevent the wire
