Delivery Inspection 

Upon delivery of your ChipMaster Conveyor, check your packing slip or bill of landing accompanying 
the unit. Should you find any components missing, contact MC3 Manufacturing Inc. immediately 
with a description of the missing components and the serial number of the machine.  See Fig. 1 for 
serial tag location. 

If any components have been damaged in transit, note it on the bill of lading and contact the Carrier 
immediately. 

The serial number is located near the gear drive unit.
