3) Heat fry pan over medium heat and lightly grease fry pan with extra butter. Pour a ¼ cup of mixture into
fry pan and cook for 1 minute or until bubbles start to surface. Turn pancake and cook for 30 seconds or
until lightly golden or cooked through.
4) Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with melted chocolate, whipped cream, jam, honey, maple syrup or
fresh fruit.
