Ingredients
2 eggs
120g unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
250g caster sugar
300g self raising flour
1kg ripe peaches, halved and stone removed

80g caster sugar
200g plain flour

Preparation
1) Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
