85g raisins
85g dates
2 tbsp coffee
60g hazelnuts
100g icing sugar
250g cream cheese, room temperature
125g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
coconut for dusting

1) Place the sultanas, raisins, dates, coffee, hazelnuts and sugar into the bowl and chop for
