BEARNAISE SAUCE
Ingredients
3/4 tsp dried tarragon
1 spring onion
1/2 tsp peppercorns
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp white wine
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 egg yolks
125g butter, cubed
