Ingredients
1 cup Italian parsley leaves
10 basil leaves
400g fresh ripe tomatoes
700g vegetable stock
1 large onion, peeled and roughly chopped 60g tomato paste
2 cloves garlic
40g olive oil
450g seasonal vegetables, finely chopped
1 tbsp castor sugar
400g can borlotti beans, drained salt and pepper, to taste
