Troubleshooting
If you think a failure has occurred, first turn off the unit and check the following items.
They are not always a failure in the following cases, check the unit once again before requesting our services.

No output
or the output does not meet
the preset value.

Is the input voltage within the specifications? Is the wiring correct?
☐
Is the CV and/or CC setting minimized?
☐
Is the [OUTPUT ON/OFF] switch set to ON?
☐
Is the [Romote/Local] selector switch set correctly?
☐
Restore the default settings, set the [Remote Sensing] and [Single Control]
switches to OFF to output again.

Is the common grounded in your equipment? (See 7-3.)
Fuse blows
or breaker trips
☐
Have you replaced the original screws of the housing with different ones?
(The replaced screws may have cut into the internal circuits.)
☐
Is the breaker's base capacity sufficient?
Output voltage fluctuates
or gets out of control.

Is it set to CC mode?
☐
Is the input voltage within the specifications?
☐
Are there any noise sources near the unit?
Ripple voltage is large or
oscillating.

Is the input voltage out of the specifications?

Is a special load connected?
☐
Are there any sources for strong magnetic fields or electric fields near the
unit?
