Press [Ctrl]+[Alt]+[Del] twice to restart your computer.

Problem
Built-in network card doesn’t work after multi-monitor graphics
card is installed
Cause
The installation of a multi-monitor graphics card may have caused your computer
to reallocate system resources.
Solution
Try reinstalling your network drivers.
