Using the Command Center side menu

The operating mode area is a visual representa-
tion of the operating mode the Monarch LCS is
currently in. Depending on the operating mode,
this area can be a static indicator only, or it can
also be a button that performs certain actions:
• Single Isolated: Status indicator only.
• Dual Isolated: Status indicator only unless
you select the option From Input A or B in
the ( HDMI Output ) settings, in which case
this also becomes a button that toggles be-
tween displaying Input A or B on the HDMI
output.
• Switcher: Status indicator and button that
you use to toggle between inputs.
• Picture-in-Picture: Status indicator and but-
ton that you use to display or remove the PiP
window.
• Side-by-Side: Status indicator only.

Indicates that the Monarch LCS is in Scheduler
mode.
This indicator appears when the Monarch LCS is
transferring files.

Indicates that an error has occurred. This
includes streaming, recording, fan or tempera-
ture-related errors, and/or a physical disconnec-
tion of the network cable. Also, the Warning
LED on the device’s front panel illuminates
when an error occurs. For more information, see
“Monarch LCS errors” on page 27 .
Mut
ing
The Mute button lets you mute the audio at any
time while streaming or recording, without inter-
rupting your session. Clicking the Mute button
disables all audio.
You can also choose to not include the audio
when streaming or recording from within the
channel settings, before your session begins (see
“Include audio” on page 43 ).
