Maxedia 4

 

The Placement tab is used when placing multiple fixtures at once into the layout.  Select the range of
fixtures that you would like to place from the Fixtures window.  Click the Record button then click the
location on the grid where you would like the upper left most fixture of the group to be located.  The
Fixtures will appear on the grid as a block.  The order in which the fixtures are placed can now be
adjusted in the Placement tab.  The fixtures will be placed in numerical order following the map
displayed in the preview.  This map can be changed using the buttons in the Mode, Main and Sub
sections.  The Spacing section allows you to adjust the number of pixels to be skipped between rows
and columns of fixtures.  The Orientation section will rotate the individual fixtures around their center
points, not the group of fixtures around the center of the grouping.
