Tighten and check the state of
preservation.
Replace at the first signs of wear.
Sliding devices, evenness of the upper
edge of the tipper body, etc.

Hooks for hooking the covering
•
State of preservation.

Presence of all the hooks.
•
Correct hooking of safety systems.
Pins and bushings in general, pinion
and gear, sliding parts, etc.

State of preservation.

Lubricate.
When in doubt, replace.
Metalwork in general
•
State of preservation of protective
treatments.
•
Integrity of metalwork, absence of
cracks or breaks.
Proceed
with
the
immediate
replacement of damaged parts.
Elastics with hooks to lock the tarpaulin
in place

State of preservation.
•
Presence of all the elastics.
Cover
ing’s
tarpaulin

Detailed check.
Replace if it does not ensure
hermetic closing.
Cables and sliding parts, pulleys

Detailed check.
Replace in the case of frayed
cables or worn sliding parts or
pulleys
that

ensure
homogeneous and linear slide.
