TROUBLESHOOTING
If the Blastmaster Smart Box does not function properly, check the following:
SYMPTOM (Cause)
ACTION
Blastmaster Smart Box does not
indicate abrasive blasting pot
pressurization
(Abrasive blasting pot is not pressurized,
Light bulb burnt out, improper power
source, incorrect cord connections)
Ensure abrasive blasting pot is pressurizing
properly. See abrasive blasting pot
Operator's Manual.
Ensure other lights function.
Ensure Blastmaster Smart Box is connected
to a 12-Volt DC power supply.
Ensure cord connections are tight and are
routed correctly.
Contact Marco for further assistance.
Blastmaster Smart Box is not
recording pressurization time
(Abrasive Blasting Pot is not
pressurized, Switch broken, Incorrect
connection to abrasive metering valves,
Improper power source.)
Ensure abrasive blasting pot is pressurizing
properly. See abrasive blasting pot
Operator's Manual.
Check if other switches are functioning
properly.
Ensure Blastmaster Smart Box is connected
to a 12-Volt DC power supply.
Ensure cord connections are tight and are
routed correctly.

Blastmaster Smart Box produc-
tion timers do not reset
(Button is stuck, Timer is broken, Key
switch won't turn)
Ensure you are resetting them properly. See
Reset Daily Production Timers in Operating
Instructions.
Check if other reset buttons are functioning
properly.

Blastmaster Smart Box indica-
tor lights are not illuminating
(Switch is broken, Light bulb burnt out,
Incorrect connection, improper power
source)
Check if other lights are functioning properly.
Ensure Blastmaster Smart Box is connected
to a 12-Volt DC power supply.
Ensure cord connections are tight and are
routed correctly.

Blastmaster Smart Box
pressure display is not reading
accurately.
(Display is out of calibration, Transducer
is not connected, bad transducer)
Calibrate Display. See Calibrate Digital
Pressure Display. If Display does not
calibrate, contact Marco for further
assistance.
Ensure Transducer is connected and not
damaged.
If Transducer is damaged, contact Marco for
further assistance.

Pressure Indicator
light does not portray
operating state of the
abrasive blasting pot.
Always depressurize
abrasive blasting pot per
instructions in abrasive
blast pot operators
manual. Failure to
comply with the above
warning could result in
death or serious injury.

the entire system,
disconnect all power
sources and lockout/
tagout all components
before any maintenance
or troubleshooting is
attempted. Failure to
comply with the above
warning could cause
electrical shock and
inadvertent activation of
equipment resulting in
death or serious injury.
