Indigo NXT Ice Machine Troubleshooting Tips
If the initial numbers displayed
do not
change
or initial numbers
did not
increase by 3000
during scratch test:
•
Verify the ice thickness probe connector is
properly plugged into the board ( J11 ) and
the ice thickness probe wiring is correct . If
the wiring is incorrect, replace the ITP.
10. Unplug the ITP and set a VOM to DC voltage
scale – Measure voltage across Pin 1(+) Red
Wire and Pin 2(-) Black Wire:
Premature Harvest or Freeze Up
NOTE: Please verify the ice thickness probe is plugged into the
proper position. We found that in some cases it can be plugged in
wrong, even though the plug is supposed to be a One Position plug.
