Indigo NXT Ice Machine Troubleshooting Tips

Should be adjusted to maintain 1/8” ice bridge

thickness

In order to achieve proper bridge thickness the

gap

between the flat part of the ITP and the

grid should be set to

9/32” (7mm) with no

ice on it as shown

The ice thickness probe sense ice on the

evaporator and signals the control board to start a

harvest cycle.

NOTE: The Ice Machine incorporates a 6 minute freeze

lock-in feature to prevent the ice machine from short

cycling in and out of harvest.
