ConvoSmoke)

For your safety when using the appliance

Before starting work, it is essential that you familiarize yourself with the rules and hazard warnings

specified in 'Working safely with the appliance' on page 57, and follow the instructions given there.

Prior knowledge required

You need to know these operations:

Placing food in the mobile shelf rack / plate rack (does not apply to ConvoSmoke)

Fitting the roll-in frame for the mobile shelf rack / plate rack (does not apply to ConvoSmoke)

Mobile shelf rack or plate rack

Requirements

■

The roll-in frame for the mobile shelf rack / plate rack is installed in the cooking chamber.

■

The combi steamer was installed at the same height as the loading height of the transport trolley.

The roll-in frame inserted in the cooking chamber and the surface on which the mobile shelf rack /

plate rack sits on the transport trolley must be at the same height when the transport trolley is at‐

tached to the combi steamer.

■

The appliance door is open.

■

The food is provided properly in the mobile shelf rack / plate rack on the transport trolley:

■

The transport securing mechanism on the mobile shelf rack / plate rack is engaged.

■

The shelf-securing bar on the mobile shelf rack is locked in place.
