DIFFERENTIAL OIL
Place the truck on level ground with the engine stopped and the differential oil
still warm.
- Place a container under the drain plugs 1 (Fig. E5/1) and unscrew them.
- Remove the filler plug 2 (Fig. E5/1) and the level plug 3 (Fig. E5/1) so as to
ensure a good draining.
Dispose the drain oil in an ecological manner.
- Refit and tighten drain plugs 1 (Fig. E5/1) (Tightening torque 34 to 49 N.m).
- Fill up with oil (See chapter : LUBRICANTS AND FUEL in paragraph : 3 -
MAINTENANCE) by filler port 2 (Fig. E5/2).
- The level is correct when the oil level is flush with the edge of port 3 (Fig.
E5/2).
- Check for any possible leaks at the drain plugs.
- Refit and tighten the filler plug 2 (Fig. E5/2) and the level plug 3 (Fig. E5/2).
(Tightening torque 34 to 49 N.m).

REDUCER OIL
Place the lift truck on level ground with the engine stopped and the reducers
oil still warm.
- Drain and change each front wheel reducer.
- Place drain plug 1 (Fig. E6) in position A.
- Place a container under the drain plug and unscrew the plug.
- Let the oil drain fully.
Dispose the drain oil in an ecological manner.
- Place the drain port in position B, (Fig. E6) in a level port.
- Fill up with oil (See chapter : LUBRICANTS AND FUEL in paragraph : 3 -
MAINTENANCE) by level port 1 (Fig. E6).
- The level is correct when the oil level is flush with the edge of the hole.
- Refit and tighten the drain plug 1 (Fig. E6) (Tightening torque 34 to 49 N.m).
