Properly maintained equipment operates more efficiently, reduces operating costs, and lasts longer.
A properly managed preventive maintenance program can minimize downtime.
Preparation
An effective preventive maintenance program includes:

proper selection, handling, and application of lubricants
•
stocking high-quality replacement parts
•
general cleaning and appearance of equipment
•
creation of a preventive maintenance history for each piece of equipment

WARNING:
To prevent possible injury to personnel and/or damage to the equipment, lock out and tag the
electrical service to the equipment.
Clean the Circulation and Air Intake Blower Filters
IMPORTANT:
This procedure is to be performed only when the
dryer is cool and non-operational.
1. Remove any lint or dirt that has accumulated on the
stainless steel filters (1). (There is one screen in each
Master Heat Chamber section.)
