located at the lower rear of the Master Heat Chamber.
5.4 Dryer
Shutdown
Step 1
Press the red
START DRYER OFF
button to turn off electrical power to the control system. The
button lights up when pressed, confirming that electrical power has been disconnected and the
shutdown process has begun.
The green
OPERATION MAIN
light turns off.
Step 2
The exhaust blowers and Conveyor Belt drive continue to run until the interior of the heat chamber
reaches 150 F (66 C). At that point the blowers and belt drive shut down and the red
START DRYER
OFF
button light goes out.
Step 3
Press
EMERGENCY STOP
button (9). Close the manual shut-off valve on the gas supply line to the
dryer. The manual shut-off valve is closed when the operating handle is at a 90-degree position in
respect to the gas supply line.

Main Blower Speed Adjustment
is useful for drying lightweight or irregularly-shaped cut pieces,
which may not be well-suited for the high-velocity air movement within the heat chamber. Ultra-light
substrates can flutter or flip over if air velocity is too high.
Main Blower Speed Adjustment
can balance the main (circulation) air with exhaust air. Proper
balance can keep ultra-light substrates flat as they pass through the heat chamber.

Main Blower Speed Adjustment Knob
is located
inside the electrical component enclosure.
Turn the control knob clockwise to
increase
blower speed.
Turn the control knob counterclockwise to
decrease
blower
speed.
