WARNING:
To prevent possible injury to personnel and/or damage to the equipment, lock out and tag the
electrical service to the equipment.
Lubricate the Main Blower Pillow Block Bearings
IMPORTANT:
This maintenance procedure requires electrical
power to be connected to the unit.
Items required:
1 - High Temperature Grease
1 - Standard pump action grease gun
1. Use high temperature grease on the grease fittings (1)
located on the lower rear section of each Master Heat
Chamber.
2. Apply the grease while the blower is operating. This practice
will ensure that the bearing races are thoroughly lubricated.
Clean the Front Air Intake Vents
Items required:
1 - Vacuum
1. With electrical power disconnected, as per previous
instruction, use a vacuum to clean the air intake vents (1-4)
located at the front of the dryer.
Weekly
Clean the Rear Air Intake Vents
Items required:
1 - Vacuum
1. Remove any lint or dirt that has accumulated on the air
intake vents (1-4) located at the rear of the dryer.
