3.9 OPERATION
Although the Reddi-Arm is easy to use, each operator
should review this manual to familiarize themselves with
the safety and operating procedures.
When using this machine, follow this procedure:
1. Clear the area of bystanders, especially small
children.
2.
Attach the machine to the tractor, and the mower to
the Reddi-Arm (see section 3.7 and 3.8).
3. Using the 3-Point hydraulics, ensure the input
driveline is level from the Reddi-Arm to the tractor. If
the tractor is equipped with a locking feature for the
3-point hydraulics, ensure it is locked.
4.
Review and follow pre-operation checklist (see
section 3.3).
5.
Transport to the working area.
6. Place the Reddi-Arm steering hydraulic circuit in
float.
7.
Disengage the wheel axle transport lock pin by
pulling it up and rotating 90°.
8.
Use the wheel axle cylinder to set the angle of the
wheels appropriate for the application.
