• Checking the rated thermic capacity
The rated thermic capacity must be checked by an authori-
zed technician or by the gas supplier Institution, by following
the instructions mentioned in the present manual. This che-
cking operation must be carried out in case of conversion or
adaptation to another type of gas and during each mainte-
nance operation. The rated thermic capacity as well as the
connection pressures has to be up to the ones quoted on the
technical data table. The sealed parts mustn’t ever be ma-
nipulated.
• Volumetric system
You can get the foreseen rated thermic capacity by using the
proper injectors to the connection pressure in conformity
with the type of gas. The thermic capacity check is carried
out through a meter and a chronometer. The right gas vo-
lume that has to pass per unities of time can be read on the
technical data tables. Such a value for the connection has to
be kept inside the foreseen range with a tolerance of about
5%. In case the operator notices some deviations, he should
check that the used injectors have the correct diameter.
• Checking the connection pressure
Before starting the oven, we recommend checking, in the
plates mentioning the characteristics and in the supplemen-
tary one, if the oven is preset for the type of gas or the gas
family present in loco. The connection pressure is measured,
when the oven is working, using a pressure gauge for liquids
like a “U” shaped manometer (minimum solution 0.1mbar).
To perform this check, unscrew the
screw 3 and connect the manometer
to the inlet tube pressure of the valve
(pos.3).

• Kontrolle der Nennwärmebelastung
Die Nennwärmebelastung muss von dem beifugten Tech-
niker oder vom Gasversorgungsamt laut Informationen In
diesem Handbuch kontrolliert werden. Solche Überprü-
fung muss bei Umstellung oder Anpassung an eine ande-
re Gasart und bei allen Wartungseingriffen erfolgen. Die
Nennwärnebelastung sowie die Anschlußdrücke müssen
den in der Tabelle der technischen Werten entsprechen.
Die versiegelten Teile dürfen niemals manipuliert wer-
den.
• Volumetriche Methode
Die vorgesehene Nennwärmebelastung erziehlt man durch
Benutzung von den angemessenen Injektoren bei der An-
schlußdruck gemäß der Gasart. Die Kontrolle der Wärme- Be-
lastung wird durch einen Zähler oder ein Chronometer ausge-
führt. Die genaue Gasmenge pro Zeiteinheit ist den Tabellen
der technischen Daten zu entnehmen . Solcher Anschlußwert
ist mit einer Toleranz von ± 5% zu halten. Sollte man Abwei-
chungen feststellen, muss man sicherstellen, dass Injektoren
mit richtigen Durchmesser benutzt worden sind.
• Kontrolle des Anschlußdrucks
Vor der Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes muss man feststellen,
ob der Apparat für die vorhandene Gasart geeignet ist.
Daher ist es notwendig, das Eigenschaftsschild sowie das
Zusatzschild zu überprüfen. Der Anschlußdruck wird bei
funktionierendem Apparat mittels eines Druckmessers für
Flüssigkeiten wie einem “ U”- Manometer (Mindesauflö-
sung 0.1 mbar) gemessen werden.
Um diese Kontrolle auszuführen,
muss man Schraube 3 herausschrau-
ben und den Druckmesser an die
