Do not use flexible chimneys (aluminium); FIRE RISK
because of the high temperature of the smoke coming
out of the oven. In case the chimney burns into flame, use
a powder extinguisher.
When installing the chimney, MAKE SURE that it isn’t
near any inflammable materials. INSULATE the chimney
carefully with GLASS WOOL or fix an insulated chimney.
Do not use the oven with a multiple chimney.
Make sure that the possible chimney joints are carefully
jointed. UNI 7123-3.
7.4.2 CHIMNEY
Such ducts must blow off inside proper hoods, or similar
devices, connected to a very efficient chimney or directly
outside.
Chimney connection:
- single chimney from the oven to the roof in obedience
of the current regulations for chimneys
- under hood
- In case of installation under a hood, the final part of
the exhaust flue pipe of the engine must at least be
placed 1,8 mts from the supporting surface; the outlet
section of the exhaust flue pipe of the combustion pro-
ducts must be placed within the base perimeter of the
hood self.
As for the sections of the ventilation openings refer to the
enforced norms.
7.4.2 RAUCHABZUG
Von solchen Rohren muss es in richtige Hauben bzw. ähn-
liche Vorrichtungen geblasen werden, die mit einem sehr
wirksamen Rauchfang verbunden oder direkt drinnen sind.
Rauchfanganschluss:
- einzelne Haube vom Ofen bis aufs Dach bei Einhaltung
der geltenden Vorschriften über Rauchfänge
- unter der Küchenhaube
- Bei einer Installation unter der Haube muss der Endteil
des Abzugsrohrs des Geräts sich mindestens 1,8 m
von der Lagerfläche des Geräts entfernt finden. Der
Ausgangsquerschnitt des Abzugsrohrs der Verbren-
nungsprodukte muss innerhalb des Basisumfanges der
Haube gesetzt werden.
Was die Querschnitte der Lüftungsöffnungen angeht,
muss man die erzwungene Normen.

Benutzen Sie keine biegsamen Rauchabzüge (Aluminium
oder andere Werkstoffe),FEUERGEFAHR wegen der hohen-
Temperatur des Rauchs aus dem Ofen.
Sollte sich ein Brand des Rauchabzugs ereignen,ist ein
Pulverfeuerlöscher zu benutzen.
Bei der Installation STELLEN SIE SICHER, dass der Rauchab-
zug nicht neben entflammbarem Material ist. ISOLIEREN
Sie sorgfältig den Rauchabzug mit GESTEINSFASER ,oder
installieren Sie einen Isolierenden Rauchabzug.
Benutzen Sie den Ofen nicht auf mehrfachem Rauchabzug.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die eventuellen Verbindungen des
Rauchabzugs sorgfältig angeschlossen sind.
