GASARTEN
Ist der Ofen nicht für die vorhan-
dene Gasart In Ihrer Anlage
geeignet, so muss man auf einen
anderen Gastyp umstellen. Diese
Anpassung muss von qualifizier-
tem Fachpersonal durchgeführt
werden.
Stellen Sie vor Umstellung sicher,
dass der Gashahn oben im Gerät
geschlossen ist.
Dieser Eingriff erfordert den
Austausch der Düse und die
Regulierung der Primärluft laut
Daten in der Tabelle auf Seite 10
dieses Handbuchs.
Folgende Handlungen ausführen:
• Schraube V lockern
• Buchse Z verstellen
• Die für den neuen Gastyp geeignete Düse herausschrauben
und auswechseln
• Buchse Z im Abstand H, entsprechend der neuen Installation
(siehe Datentabelle), einstellen, und Schraube V wiederein-
schrauben.
• Dieses Verfahren bei allen Düsen ausführen
Nach jeder Umstellung auf neue Gasart ist wie folgt aus-
zuführen :
- Kleben Sie auf die Daten-Schilder einen unauslöschbaren
Klebstoff mit den Daten der neuen Einstellung auf
- stellen Sie die Lacksiegel an den regulierten Teilen
wieder
- Gehen Sie mit den angemessenen Dichtheitsprüfungen
des Gasversorgungskreises weiter.
7.6 CONVERSION TO OTHER
TYPES OF GAS
If the oven isn’t pre-set to the gas
available in your gas installation,
it’s compulsory to carry out the
conversion to another type of
gas.
This adaptation must be carried
out by qualified personnel. Do
these operations only after having
closed the gas interception cock
positioned above the oven.
For this type of operation replace
the nozzles and the primary air
adjustment, referring to the data
mentioned in the chart at page
10 of this manual.
Perform the following operations in a sequence:
• Loosen screw V
• Move bushing Z
• Unscrew and replace the nozzle contemplated for the new
type of gas
• Adjust bushing Z to the distance H corresponding to the new
installation (see the data table) and retighten screw V.
• Perform this operation for all nozzles
After each operation of adjustment to the new gas, carry
out the following tests:
- Stick on the data plates an indelible adhesive label
mentioning the data of the new installation
- Re-establish the varnish seals on the adjusted parts
- Carry out the proper tightness tests on the gas
circuit
