The safety devices and protections must never be tampered
with.
Before starting the gas oven make sure that these devices
are working properly and are in the right position.
5.1 PLATES POSITIONING AND IDENTIFICATION
5.2 RESIDUAL RISKS
The residual risks (risks that have been partially eliminated)
are indicated so that it is possible to assess the best setup
of the safety systems or protections.
The contact with hot material (pizzas) belongs to the gas
oven use.
Burnings danger
Pay a particular attention during the baking phase.
For the pizzas handling, before, during and after the
baking it’s compulsory the use of the kit of accessories
(see section 3.1.2)

Die Vorrichtungen und Sicherheitsschütze dürfen niemals
manipuliert werden.
Bevor der Apparat gestartet wird, müssen der korrekte

Achten Sie bitte besonders auf den Backvorgang .
Vor,bei und nach dem Backen ist es obligatorisch
- für die Handhebung der Pizzen – das Ausrüstungs-
Zubehör zu verwenden ( siehe Abschnitt 3.1.2).
