Working with a Today’s List
If several tests will be conducted in one day, it may be easier to enter the data of all
patients before you start to test. In this case, click on the button
New
and enter the
name, date of birth and sex, as described in section 5.6. After the data is entered click
on the button
Add to Today’s list
(Figure 46). Alternatively, you can load the data of
an existing patient and proceed the same way
to add him to the Today’s list.

Now click again on the button
New
and proceed as described before. Repeat this until
you have entered the data of all babies to be tested.
Later on, when testing, you just have to click the button
D
isplay Today’s list
. The list
of the babies to be tested today appears on the screen.
After selecting the baby to be tested, select the ear to be tested, right (R) or left (L), and
start the test by clicking on the button
Measure
. For test procedure see section 5.5.
Names added to the
T
oday’s list
will be erased automatically 48 hours after entry or
as soon as a test is initiated. However, even if a test is not performed, the name will
remain in the database.
Printing
You can print out the measurement results of the currently selected patient by the
Print button of the start screen. The settings
Print Mode
in the Options screen allows
you to select different print formats:
Label
,
List
and
Detailed
(see section 5.7). For
printing from start screen you can additionally configure which results shall be printed
by selecting either
Best, Latest
or
Selected
for the setting
Results to Print
. Printing
is also possible at the measurement screen by selecting
File
and the menu item
.
Printing from the measurement screen will always print the currently displayed test.

options are described below.
