Read a previously encoded Format Card and remove it. The following display appears:

Remove the card
When the card is removed, the following appears:

Track 1 is ready for encoding, and Position 7 is where the first variable character will be
encoded. The cursor will remain on Position 7 until a character is typed.
3. Type

to fill in all variable locations. When all locations on all tracks have been
filled, the following display will appear on the first line:
Insert card to encode
Enter=review
To verify the data that has been entered, press
Enter
and the following appears:
Insert card to encode
Enter=review

The

indicates that on Track 1
678
have been added.

Insert a card to encode on the left side, and the following will appear:
Encoding data on track

->Slide card right when ready ->

Swipe the card and if encoding is successful, the following will appear:

Remove the card
or if the card is HiCo:
