Er03 Alarm
PROBLEM
The thermo-stove has switched off accidentally (the temperature has dropped below 45°C).
REMEDY
Unblock the boiler by pressing the on/off button on the control panel for a long time.
CAUSES
A.
Pellet tank empty, re-load the pellet tank. Before starting the ignition again, fill the empty
auger by means of the “Manual loading” function, accessible from the User menu; when
the load becomes constant, interrupt the “Manual loading” function, empty the brazier
and
switch
on
the
product
normally
from
the
On
button.
B.
Pellet capacity is not sufficient to maintain combustion (longer and/or low combustion
value pellet). Check and, if necessary, increase the technical parameters relating to the
On
times
of
the
auger,
especially
in
the
lower
powers.
C.
Excessive fume temperature decrease. Make sure that there are no external air inlets
near the fume outlet that cool the probe. The fume probe does not read correctly
D.
Non-compliant or dirty exhaust system and check that the fume pipe complies with UNI
10683:2012 standards.
E.
Brazier dirty. Check brazier cleaning status; all the holes must be free to allow the flow of
combustion air, carry out seasonal maintenance.
F.
Excess pellet flow rate (pellets on average shorter). Check and, if necessary, reduce the
technical parameters regarding the on-time of the auger, especially at the highest
powers.

PROBLEM
The water temperature in the boiler has exceeded the value set in parameter Th25 (90°C)
REMEDY
After allowing the boiler to cool down, release the boiler by pressing the on/off button on the
control panel for a long time.
CAUSES
A.
Presence of air bubbles in the system or in the boiler. To eliminate them, use the vent
valve in the boiler body or those in the radiators.
B.
Presence of interception organs, such as zone valves and/or gate valves, which prevent
heat dissipation. Open any gate valves and, in the case of zone installation, make sure that
there is at least one open area.
C.
Circulator blocked. Position the circulator in vent position, so as to check if the impeller
of the motor is able to unlock automatically, otherwise replace the circulator of the
