D.
Pressure transducer not working.
Measure the supply voltage of the pressure transducer on contacts 37 and 39 of the
electronic control unit. If the Voltage is different from 5 Volt (VDC), replace the electronic
control unit that does not supply the pressure transducer. Otherwise, measure the
voltage of the pressure transducer signal on contacts 38 (+) and 39 (-) of the electronic
control
unit.
If the voltage is proportional to the water pressure (0.8bar = 0.8 Volt - 1 bar = 1 Volt, etc.),
then replace the electronic control unit that does not correctly detect the pressure
transducer signal. If Voltage is not proportional to the water pressure, replace the
transducer and the relative connecting cable, since they do not work properly.
Er11 Alarm
PROBLEM
The clock of the electronic control unit does not work properly because the storage of operating
data is wrong.
REMEDY
Remove the 3 volt CR2032 button battery from the battery holder on the ECU board. Measure the
battery voltage, which must be > 2.8 Volt (VDC).
Er12 Alarm
PROBLEM
The thermo-stove has been turned on, but the combustion has not started within the maximum
allowed time; Failed Ignition
REMEDY
Unblock the boiler by pressing the on/off button on the display for a long time.
CAUSES
If pellets were to be found in the brazier:
A.
Brazier dirty. Check the cleaning status of the brazier; all holes must be free to allow
the flow of adequate combustion air and to safeguard the life of the brazier itself.
B.
Glowplug hole obstructed by unburnt pellets or combustion residue, then clean and
re-ignite the thermo-stove.
C.
Brazier not perfectly positioned, check that the brazier is correctly positioned and
that it is pushed towards the glowplug. The glow plug must be in the middle of the
pipe and not in contact with the pipe wall itself.
D.
Cartridge heater not working properly.
Use the TEST-OUTPUT function in the Menu System, measure the voltage directly on
contacts 9 and 10 of the electronic control unit (to exclude any malfunction of
electrical connections), and if there is no voltage, it will be necessary to replace the
electronic control unit.
If the supply voltage is present but the glowplug does not heat up, it will be necessary
to measure the plug’s electrical resistance after disconnecting it from the electronic
