Making a Conference Call
You can set up a conference call from a Business Cordless 901 that connects
you up to two other outside parties and two inside parties together at the same
time. All rules and considerations regarding conference calling with PARTNER
telephones also apply to BC901 units.
To add a second party to an existing call:
You are connected with the first party...

Press the [
FLASH
] button down once.
You hear intercom dial tone. The call to the first party is put on hold.
To add an outside party, dial [

] plus the outside number. If the number is
busy or does not answer, hang up or press [
PHONE
] and the first party will
ring back.
To add an inside party, dial the 2-digit extension number. If the extension
is busy or does not answer, press the [
FLASH
] button once and you will be
reconnected with the first party.
When the second party (inside or outside) answers, press the [
FLASH
]
button once.
You are now connected with both parties,
To drop the second added outside party from a conference call:
Press the [
FLASH
] button once.

The last added party is dropped.
Speed Dialing
To dial a PARTNER Personal or System Speed Dial number:

Press the [
PHONE
] button.
You hear intercom dial tone.

Press [

] plus the 2 or 3-digit Speed Dial code.
The system automatically selects an outside line and dials the
Speed Dial number.
NOTE: You cannot program System Speed Dial numbers from a BC901. It must
be done at extension 10.
