“LS Ubiquitous RF-ID System”
3.3.2 RS-422 Cable Specification
When connecting the upper system such as PLC and LGRF-H Reader, RS-422
communication is available. At this time, RS-422 Shield Cable shall be used for connection.

* According to the site situation, end resistance (120
Ω
, 1/2 w) is required.

[Fig. 3.3.2.1] RS-422 Connection Cable
The cable shown on [Fig. 3.3.2.1] is RS-422 connection cable suitable for LGRF-H
specification and in case of connection, RX terminal and TX terminal should be cross.
RX terminal (PLC side) should be connected to TX terminal (LGRF-H side) and TX terminal
(PLC side) should be connected to RX terminal (LGRF-H side). For communication cable, it is
recommended to use the shielded cable. As most of poor communication results from the wrong
selection of cable, you should confirm the specification of connection cable when installing it.
