"F0"
Touch safety software
error
If an error has occurred, disconnect and reconnect the
hob to the power supply.
If the error persists, contact after-sales assistance. If
the error occurs suddenly during normal operation,
contact after-sales assistance.
"F5"
Touch communication
error
This error is an automatic control of communications.
It disappears when the automatic control returns to
the safe value. If the error persists, contact after-sales
assistance.
"FC"
Error with the "Blocking
key" function
This error is an automatic software check. It
disappears when the return to safe value occurs
automatically. If the error persists, contact after-sales
assistance.
"FE"

temperature sensor may
be damaged.
Wait until the temperature drops. If the message
persists when the temperature reaches an
environmental value, contact after-sales assistance.
"Ft"

"Fc"
The touch control area is
too hot and has turned off
all the
heater zones.

Remove cloths or anything else.
check whether the touch control glass is dry; dry it
if necessary. If the error persists, contact after-sales
assistance.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The errors of the appliance are those that generate deactivation of the entire cook-
ing surface.
When a device error is detected, all the heaters are switched off, an acoustic signal
sounds (only if one or more heaters are active) and all the displays alternately show
a letter "F" and the error code.
During the error state, none of the heater keys is operational.
Except for the "System" errors all errors are recoverable.
That is, when the cause of the error disappears all the displays are deactivated and
the hob returns to normal operation.
