Touch safety software
error
If an error has occurred, disconnect and reconnect the
hob to the power supply.
If the error persists, contact after-sales assistance. If
the error occurs suddenly during normal operation,
contact after-sales assistance.
"F5"
Touch communication
error
This error is an automatic control of communications.
It disappears when the automatic control returns to
the safe value. If the error persists, contact after-sales
assistance.
"F3"
Safety relay
A forwarding driver may be experiencing a problem.
Remove the stove from the power supply, wait a
minute and switch it on again. If the error persists,
contact after-sales assistance.
"F4"

It disappears when the return to safe value occurs

TROUBLESHOOTING
Heater control errors are those that cause the shutdown of one or more heaters.
When an error is detected in the heater, the affected heaters are switched off, an
acoustic signal is emitted (only if one or more heaters are active) and the displays
corresponding to these heaters show a letter "F" and the error code alternately.
During the error state the buttons of the corresponding heaters are not operational.
All errors are recoverable.
That is, when the cause of the error disappears, the corresponding displays are
deactivated and the heaters return to normal operation.
