ROCEDURES
Procedures 1 and 2, referred to in the previous sections, are described here:
21.8.1
Procedure 1: adjust at maximum load
In case B (gas conversion or replacement of gas valve): consult § 0. Before starting procedure 1 below.
Carry out the next 4 steps:
1.
Press [SERVICE] button for about 3 seconds.

Water heater is activated and operates at service mode at 26% (minimum).
2.
Press [▲] button until maximum load is reached:

Water heater is activated and operates at service mode at 100% (maximum).
3.
Measure the CO
2
percentage at the flue gas outlet.
4.
By setting screw [2], adjust the gas valve to obtain the CO
2
value of table 1.
NOTICE: For the CD
+
120, 150 and 180 water heaters use only the RIGHT side gas valve for adjusting.
Decrease CO
2
percentage
Turn screw [2] right (clockwise)
Increase CO
2
percentage
Turn screw [2] left (counter clockwise)
The
service
operation
of
the
water
heater
will
be
active
for
40
minutes.
After this period the water heater will return to normal operation.

Procedure 2: adjust at minimum load

before starting procedure 2 below.
Carry out the next 3 steps:

The service operation of the water heater will be active for 40 minutes. After this period the water heater will return to normal operation.
