The following describe how to check the fault history of the water heater

Press [◄] & [►] to browse through the last 10 faults.
Press [MENU] or [ENTER] to exit. The unit will return to the operating
screen.
The fault menu shows the last 10 faults. For each fault the display blinks
between the two screens shown above. The top line of the top screen
shows the fault number and the bottom line of the top screen shows the
date, day and time the fault occurred.
On the top line of the bottom screen the fault type is displayed. The bottom
line shows the following:
SV: The total amount of this fault that has occurred after the last time that
the service history was erased (after service was done).
CUM: The total amount of this fault. The total amount cannot be erased
after service; this shows the fault history of the water heater (electronics)
since the start of operation.
R: Shows the elapsed time in hrs between the moment the fault occurred
and the moment it was reset.
