Changing saw blade direction
Danger!
Removing or opening of the saw blade protective hood or reaching into the rotating saw blade
during cutting is prohibited. These works may only be carried out with the saw blade at a
standstill and the drive motor turned off.
In order to change the saw blade direction, the following steps must be carried out:
Disconnect the floor saw from mains power (Pos. 4) and unplug the connection plug
between the electrical motor and the plug housing (Pos. 3)
Disconnect the water hose
Remove the saw blade protective hood and rods from the floor saw
Remove the saw blade from the floor saw (see Section 3.4)
Rotate the saw arm downwards above the hand crank (Pos. 1)
(Set the saw blade fixture on the floor)
Remove ring screws (Pos. 5)
Rotate the saw arm upwards above the hand crank (Pos. 1)
The saw head releases downwards and can be turned to the other side
Note
The saw head (Pos. 2) must be secured using the ring screws after turning.
Insert saw blade
Install the pressure disc and flange nut
Insert the saw blade - protective hood and replace the rods
