Installing/replacing the saw blade (tool)
WARNING
Risk of cuts and crushing injuries
The rotating saw blade or flange can catch hold of clothing or body parts and sever them.
Pull the plug
All parts must have stopped moving before working on the machine may begin.
Secure the machine against being switched back on
Always check saw blades before installing!

Is the blade approved and suitable for the cutting work? (

Are all segments available?
The segments aren’t undercut?
Did the blade overheat? (blank steel tarnished blue = do not use!)
No cracks in the blade?
Check: tap with a piece of wood
Blade echoes = OK
Blade sounds hollow = do not use! (exception: so-called silent blades)
