Explanation
Bed Exit monitoring indi-
cation
Bed Exit Alarm has been sounding for
3 minutes and 22 seconds (indicating
that the patient has left the bed). The
audio and video signals can be paused
for a predetermined time by pressing
the PAUSE button. Go check the patient
immediately. Bed Exit Alarm cannot be
completely turned off from the nurse sta-
tion. For safety reasons, Bed Exit Alarm
can only be turned off from the bed.
Bed Exit Alarm has been paused. 14
minutes and 38 seconds remain until it
will restart. Pressing the
+15'
button will
extend the pause for another 15 minutes.
Bed Exit monitoring is set in Inner Zone
mode. In this mode, Bed Exit Alarm
sounds when the patient moves their
centre of gravity too far towards the bed
edge/siderail. An alarm in this mode
indicates that the patient is about to
leave the bed before this happens. This
Bed Exit monitoring mode can only be
activated from the bed after checking
that the patient is in a safe position.
Bed Exit monitoring is set in Outer Zone
mode. In this mode, the alarm sounds
only when the patient has just left the
bed.
Bed Exit monitoring is not set. The
reason may be absence of the patient
in the bed during activation of Bed Exit
monitoring or low bed load (minimum
bed load is 35 kg for Bed Exit monitoring
to be active).
Bed localisation status
Bed localisation is not functional. Tag is
not correctly paired with the bed.
